Facts: Unlike some large banquet facilities, there are absolutely no hidden costs associated with SOPRA Meetings & Banquets. We do not charge for linens, chair or table rentals like other facilities might. Our personal and professional service sets us apart, and our ‘family-like’ atmosphere allows us to develop friendships and loyal clients through the years. At SOPRA we strive to make each event memorable and most pleasurable. Seating Capacity available for up to 100 guests. Décor is updated and revived seasonally. Cocktail parties, buffets & sit-down full service lunch & dinners are available. Host and cash bars are both available. General Information: All menus must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event. A two item Choice-Menu may be permitted. Choices must be pre-determined, counted and submitted 72 hours prior to the event. A guaranteed number of guests are required 72 hours prior to the function. All applicable taxes and 15% gratuity will be added to all quoted prices. A credit card number and deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Room charges may be applicable. Rates available upon request. One bill will be issued to the party. Separate billing is not available in SOPRA. Dance floor rental, installation and service is available for a fee of $150. DJ or live music services are welcome in our SOPRA room.
